This has to be one of my favorite pizza shops on the upper east side. You can get anything on the menu and you will not be disappointed. The pasta is amazing as well from here. The staff is nice and fast serving. The service itself is fast. The longest I've ever waited for anything , any dish is 15 minutes. Also you can taste how fresh the ingredients are as well. This location is the best one in the area.
Simply the best. Outstanding food made with love. Not pretentious food. Great specials. Great slices (including the Grandma slices!) Consistently the best pizza on the UES. This place is a 40 year old institution.
I as a loyal customer, have eaten at this pizza place for as long as I can remember, and I have to say the food is marvelous. In addition I've never had problems with the staff at all, they are very kind and efficient. The service is quick, but produces delicious food. And frankly I've never seen the restaurant not packed with customers. If your look for the best New York style pizza in the state then this is your place.
Lovely food and a great range of flavours and dishes, we liked it so much we came back twice! Lots available for vegetarians which we found quite hard to come by in NY. Staff were friendly, efficient and food comes out very quickly. You can tell how popular Delizia's is by the number of deliveries going out every few minutes. Would highly recommend!
Been eating in Delizia's charming brick-walled dining room in the back (and the pizzeria up front) for decades now, even from before they moved a few doors down the block. The food has never been anything but perfect and delicious, and the staff & waiters are always warm and happy to see you. It's amazing how the quality has never wavered, and I've never ever had a bad meal there. Same chef(s) all these years? No idea... but we love this place! Highly recommended.
